ZTS-ZCS Polska Sp. z o. o. produces mainly car seat which are sold in Poland as well as overseas. ZTS-ZCS has long traditions concerned with Car Seat production, mainly for FSO. Currently the Company employs about 190 people. |

The begginings of our Company reach year 1952. Cooperation with the automotove industry began in 1964, when we started cooperation with the Passenger Car Factory (FSO) in Warsaw concerning seat frames for their cars. FSO took us over when they received a license from FIAT to produce model 125. In 1972 the Company became an FSO branch with a specialization in Car Upholstery. Since then we mainly produce car seats starting from small metal parts, through frame assembly and trim cover sewing, to complete seat assembly. |

On the 27 August 1996 an Intention Letter was signed with our current partner KM&I from Korea, one of the main car seat producers in Korea, to create a Joint Venture Company. As a final act a Contract was signed after a few months of cooperation. From this moment a close cooperation began. KM&I is a car seat producer for GM Daewoo Auto Technology (GMDAT) cars. The company was established in 1967 and in 1979 entered the DAEWOO family. KM&I has 3 production plants in Korea, one in Uzbekistan, one in China and an R&D Center in Korea. Currently the company has three production factories in Korea, one in Uzbekistan and it has it's own R&D Technical Centre in Korea. Its production capacity (in Korea) is about 1 100 000 seat sets per year, the employment reaches about 900 people. |

The J.V. Company was created in order to form a company producing modern goods at the highest world technical standard, with the highest quality and at competitive prices. |

In order to improve the supplies organisation of complete seats to our receiver - FSO, a modern Seat Assembly Department at the FSO Plant area was created. The Assembly Plant is equipped with a fully automated seat assembly process connected with a highstacking automatic final product warehouse. The seats are supplied sequentially straight on the FSO car assembly line by a specialized transportation. From the organization point of view the Assembly Plant is a branch of ZTS-ZCS Polska. |
