Establishment of Local Industry Works in Grójec. At this time the company produced iron castings, agricultural machines and provides services.
   

 

1964   Beginning of cooperation with the Passenger Car Factory (FSO) in Warsaw concerning seat frames for cars produced by FSO.
     
1972   The Company became an FSO branch specializing in car upholstery, car interiors and small upholstery elements necessary for FSO cars. This began at the moment when FSO bought a license from FIAT to produce model 125. Consequences of this turned to a complete modernization of the Company and further specialization.
   

 

1976 - 1986  

In these years ZTS has extended and the machine park was modernized for the needs of producing seats and parts for FSO Polonez.

     
1993   Production of specialized cars such as the Ambulance and Cargo was begun.
     
1995   Seat assembly was taken over from FSO. Beginning of Polonez Cargo Van assembly.
     
1996.03   Establishment of DAEWOO-FSO ZTS subsidiary.
     
1997.06   A Joint Venture Company was established with Tong-Heung from Korea, currently KM&I. Our Company name was changed to Tongheung-ZTS Polska. The machine and equipment park was completely modernised and new technologies were implemented for Daewoo Matiz, Lanos and Nubira production.
   
1998.10   ISO 9002 certificate was acquired.
     
1999.12   DF-100Q certificate was given by Daewoo-FSO.
     
2001.06   End of Polonez Ambulance, Cargo and Cargo Van production.
     
2006.12   Return to the traditional company name - ZTS Polska.
     
2007.05   ISO/TS 16949 certificate was acquired.
     
2008.05 - 07   A significant modernisation of machine park - newest machines and equipment were bought for each production process in our Company.
     
2008.10.16   Begining of production of seats for Chevrolet Aveo, which is produced at FSO in Warsaw.
     
2009.08.28   Changes in the Company Board and Management.
     
2009.02   Cooperation beginning with Camaco from U.S.A.
     
2010.06   Wznowienie wspó³pracy z firm± JCI z Belgii.
     
2010.08.08   Zinc Phosphating has been implemented on our Painting Line instead of the existing Iron Phosphating treatment, which significantly increases the resistance to corrosion of painted parts.
